Telecaller

We are looking for someone who is having worked with MS Office and is proficient in generating leads from various sources with strong interpersonal skills. Ideal candidate must have 1 year - 3 years of experience and at least a bachelor's degree in an applicable field.

  • Generate Leads through Outbound calls.
  • Generate the business for the company.
  • Create a database of prospective clients/leads.
  • Pitch the product to the prospective client/lead by fixing a time convenient to them.
  • Follow up telephonically and on emails for an appointment.
  • Maintain the status on each lead so that the information can be used for future campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Sales team for the Client appointments.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
  • Providing information to customers.
  • Monitoring sales performance.
  • Closing sales deals.
  • Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
  • Updating customer details.
